Stellar Drift is a hazy Double IPA (8%) showcasing Citra hops. Hopped with 100% Citra, Stellar Drift presents a bright citrus and tropical flavor and aroma. We find the way stars gradually drift to be incredibly fascinating and draw similarities to the way our experiences with beer change over time. Just as stars shift, so do characteristics of beer, such as hop expression, depending on our context and evolving palates. Whether it’s batch to batch or beer to beer, we think these variations add to the beautiful complexity of our craft!
