Official Contest Rules Tropicália Find Your Paradise Scan to Win Sweepstakes

1.  The contest will be conducted from 6/12/2023 through 8/31/2023. Deadline for entries is 8/31/2023 at 11:59pm EST. Grand prize drawing will be held on or around 9/15/2023. Winner will be notified no later than 10/15/2023. Due to the volume of submissions, you will not be notified unless you are selected as a prize winner. Winner must redeem by July 15, 2024.

2.  Qualification for the Grand Prize drawing will be held as follows: Only submissions resulting from a scan of a QR Code, click through a Creature Comforts Social Media post, or click through from a Creature Comforts newsletter will be considered. Submissions must be received between 12:00am EST on 6/12/2023 through 11:59 pm EST on 8/31/2023 to be considered. Submissions received outside of these times will not be considered. One winner will be selected at random to receive the grand prize.  Regardless of the number of submissions you make, you will only be entered into the contest once.

3.  The winner will receive (1) $1000 travel certificate and (1) Tropicália Merch Package. Grand Prize must be redeemed by the winner within one (1) calendar year or it will be forfeited.

4. You must be 21 years of age or older to win.  No purchase necessary. You need not be present to win. Void where prohibited.

5.  Winner must reside in Georgia, South Carolina, or Tennessee.

6. The contest is open to everyone except for Creature Comforts Brewing Company employees, their families, affiliated agencies, and representatives.

7. All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.  No prize substitutions, assignments, or transfers.  No cash equivalents.  If the prize cannot be used by the date specified, then the prize will be forfeited.

8. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the sweepstakes have been made available to them in writing and they, therefore, understand and agree that neither Creature Comforts Brewing Company, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize.  By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
