Athena Paradiso Release

Athena Paradiso is a refreshing, gently tart German-style wheat beer brewed with a house blend of lactobacillus and a variety of fruit juices and purees. This version of Athena Paradiso is brewed with tart cherry, raspberry, and cranberry.

Hickory Diamond Release

Hickory Diamond is a blended oak-aged beer with local strawberries from Hickory Hill and Diamond Hill Farm's 2020 harvest. After aging on a generous amount of berries from these two farms, Hickory Diamond returned to barrels for further maturation before making its way into bottles.

Cuts From the Bine Release

Cuts From the Bine is a juicy West Coast-style Double IPA released annually to highlight the finest hops from our favorite farmers' yearly crops. This year's release showcases Ekuanot from Van Horn Farms and Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops sourced from Jackson Hop Farms 2020 crops.

Creature Stout Release

Creature Stout is a Coffee Stout (8%) made with Guatemalan Hunapu coffee from 1000 Faces Coffee. The coffee perfectly complements this luscious, roasty, and delicious Stout with dark chocolate and toffee notes.
