    Sashay Rosé is a rosé-inspired Berliner Weisse (7.2%) made with Pinot Noir grape juice. Since wine has a natural acidity, we thought a Berliner Weisse, which has a gentle tartness and lends itself nicely to fruit additions, would make the perfect base beer to complement the grape juice.
