| We’re hosting an International Chess Day celebration with Chess & Community! Music, local food vendors, games and families unite under a celebration of chess, learning, and togetherness. This special event blends the thrill of competitive chess with a vibrant family festival atmosphere — designed for all ages, casual and competitive playing communities across Georgia. This first annual event promises to highlight diversity with a Sunday Funday that reintroduces the 501(c)3 organization and its efforts on engagement, education, and empowering the people of the city – as it also serves as a fundraiser to support Chess & Community’s youth programs, tournaments and activities, mentorship initiatives, and regional engagement events; making more memories through opportunity. |
