Easy Melody is a mixed-culture saison (5.8%) featuring lavender and lemongrass. This delicate saison is beautifully refreshing with bright fruit and floral notes balanced by gentle acidity. Showcasing regional and local ingredients, we sourced the lemongrass from Heilbron Herbs (Asheville, NC), the lavender from R&R Secret Farm (Athens, GA), wheat from our friends at DaySpring Farms (Danielsville, GA), and malt from Carolina Malting (Cleveland, NC).
