Well, I Declare (12%) is an Imperial Stout with pecans and cocoa nibs. We brewed this stout to showcase the beautiful Georgia-grown crop of pecans from our friends Pearson Farms paired with Condor Chocolates cocoa nibs and American oak spirals for a decadent treat.
