Tiki Time is a collaboration beer we created with Bearded Iris, Pinthouse Pizza, and YCH Hops. Brewed with the intent to showcase a new hop called Sabro, Tiki Time was first brewed at Bearded Iris for CBC this year in Nashville and we decided to brew a batch of our own at CCBC. This hop is known to give flavors and aromas of coconut, mango and other tropical fruit - similar to a Tiki drink!
