This is an imperial chocolate milk stout (12%) made with cocoa nibs, lactose, and vanilla. The name was inspired by a tour of a cocoa processing plant two of our amazing employees - Adam & Katie - in St. Lucia where they witnessed the cocoa dance in action! “The Cocoa Dance” is an affectionate name for how they were processing the cocoa beans by using their feet to press the beans inside steel drums (part of the final stage in traditional fermentation process as it helps to preserve the bean).
