Spritz is a mixed-culture spritzer-style ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Rare Barrel in Berkeley, California. This beer is a fun and refreshing nod to spritzer cocktails and features some of our favorite local craft malt, new-to-us kviek yeast for fermentation, local satsuma and red currants, and finished off with a light-handed dry hop of Amarillo and Centennial.
