Life in Flux is a blended whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout. The blend consists of stouts ranging from 14-19 months old with an average age of 17.5 months in barrels. We blend each vintage from select barrels to take a snapshot of our wood cellar from a specific moment in time. This year we also made a highly limited amount of two variants from the base blend, one made with vanilla and coffee and one featuring coconut and cocoa nibs.
