Illuminating the Fog is an IPA (6.8%) made with Strata, Amarillo, and Crystal hops. For this slightly "foggy" beer, we were inspired by a quote by Henri Matisse: "Derive happiness in oneself from a good day's work, from illuminating the fog that surrounds us." Our Illustrator, Melissa Merrill created the can design, which was inspired by several of Matisse's works.
