Crop Colors is a series that reflects a melange of Southern crops and wild beer from our barrel cellar. This iteration has the warm glow of dawn from the use of Yonah Mtn. grape skins, Hickory Hill and Diamond Hill strawberries, and 3 Porch Farm lavender.

A Force For Good is a mixed-culture blonde ale we brewed in collaboration with our friends from Allagash Brewing Company. 100% of the profits from the beer will go toward Get Comfortable, which is our year-round outreach program designed to channel the generosity of many toward our community's most pressing needs. Reflecting our shared philosophy of incorporating local flavor into our mixed-culture beers, we sourced a combination of grains from Maine and the Southeast.

River Ridge Red is a blended oak-aged beer with red raspberries, celebrating the crop from River Ridge Organics’ 2020 harvest in Independence, Virginia.

Hickory Diamond is a blended oak-aged beer with local strawberries from Hickory Hill and Diamond Hill Farm's 2020 harvest. After aging on a generous amount of berries from these two farms, Hickory Diamond returned to barrels for further maturation before making its way into bottles. 

Tastes Like Flowers is a Saison made with local roses, yarrow, marigolds, and chamomile. Inspired by the awakening of Spring and the Belgian tradition of adding flowers to a Saison, we worked with the UGArden to source the flowers to add to this beer.

Tulsi is a mixed-culture saison made with local tulsi and hibiscus. We sourced both herbs from the talented team at UGArden here in Athens, GA, and added those to a simple yet sophisticated recipe that also features wheat from DaySpring Farms.
