In the spirit of Belgian tradition for Saisons, we handpicked flowers from the UGArden to add to this beer. The 2021 spring flower harvest offered us roses, chamomile, marigolds, and yarrow, which present a beautiful bouquet of floral intricacies in this annual Saison.
