If you guys remember back to our Southerly Love Brewfest we had this summer, you’ll remember we threw the party to commemorate our collaboration with 7venth Sun Brewery from Dunedin, Florida. This is one of our favorite beers we’ve made yet so we’re super excited to release it. It’s slightly tart due to a lactobacillus kettle souring, and it’s got some ripe fruit funk complexities from fermenting with our house Brett blend. We also dry hopped it with one of our favorite combinations, Amarillo and Simcoe hops, that left all sorts of fruit and spice flavors in the beer. It’s a really cool beer that tastes great now and will also probably cellar well. Follow the journey with us, grab one for now and one for later to see how it evolves in the bottle.
