DESCRIPTION:Pearson is a blended oak-aged beer with local peaches from Pearson Farm‘s (Fort Valley\, GA) 2020 harvest. We work with John Short of Georgia Proud Provisions\, to select the best peaches on the farm and then choose select barrels to create a blend that honors the flavors of the chosen peach. We selected the O’Henry peach to showcase from the farm’s 2020 harvest\, a beautiful freestone variety. This beer is a proud addition to our fruited mixed-culture farm celebrations\, in a continuing effort to explore the historical relationship between brewers and farmers.
