DESCRIPTION:Life in Flux is a blended whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout (13.9%). The blend consists of stouts ranging from 14-19 months old with an average age of 17.5 months in barrels. We blend each vintage from select barrels to take a snapshot of our wood cellar from a specific moment in time. This year we also made a highly limited amount of two variants from the base blend\, one made with vanilla and coffee and one featuring coconut and cocoa nibs. \nThe base blend along with the two variants will be available on draft in the taproom. We’re also excited to feature a Life In Flux flight for onsite tastings with draft pours of Life In Flux 2019\, Life In Flux 2020\, Life In Flux with coconut and cocoa nibs\, and Life In Flux with coffee and vanilla. The main blend will be available for purchase in the taproom by itself\, as well as in box sets with the two limited variants (variants will not be sold individually). Bottles and box sets are first-come-first-serve. Individual bottles of the base blend and the box set of all three bottles can be pre-purchased on Oznr for pickup at the brewery. Stay tuned to our social media accounts for more details on the onsite release. DESCRIPTION:DaySpring is a Grisette made with local wheat from DaySpring Farms located in Danielsville\, GA. The dry\, grassy\, herbal\, and slightly fruity beer represents our vision of historical brewing from Belgium while showcasing the beautiful organic raw wheat from DaySpring Farms. This simple and classic approach to a Grisette is the heart of our philosophy for our mixed fermentation program. Our partnership with DaySpring Farms and the Brett family began in 2015 when we sourced their wheat for our first batch of DaySpring. Since then\, we’ve become good friends and use their grains in nearly all of our wood cellar and mixed fermentation beers. We are always grateful for the opportunity to work with local farms and feel that the crops give our beers a true sense of place.

DESCRIPTION:Stellar Drift is a hazy Double IPA (8%) showcasing Citra hops. Hopped with 100% Citra\, Stellar Drift presents a bright citrus and tropical flavor and aroma. We find the way stars gradually drift to be incredibly fascinating and draw similarities to the way our experiences with beer change over time. Just as stars shift\, so do characteristics of beer\, such as hop expression\, depending on our context and evolving palates. Whether it’s batch to batch or beer to beer\, we think these variations add to the beautiful complexity of our craft!

Reflecting our shared philosophy of incorporating local flavor into our mixed-culture beers\, we sourced a combination of grains from Maine and the Southeast.
